It’s Work That Matters.
Manages multiple, large and complex research projects. Oversees all aspects of project development, data collection, analyses, and dissemination. Responsible for supervising and training survey research staff; survey data collection and documentation; monitoring the quality of data collected; and managing field problems as needed. Develops manuscripts and research proposals
4+ years’ experience in research coordination, program planning and/or community organizing experience. Experience managing staff and working within diverse community populations, particularly LGBTQ youth and young adult communities of color.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access and proficiency in quantitative statistical software (SAS, SPSS, STATA) and/or qualitative analytical software (N6, NUDIST) preferred
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, health education, or nursing or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
You must be willing to reside in the state of California, and have a primary work site in the state of California, to be considered for this position.
