It’s Work That Matters.
The MRI Technologist per diem performs MRI procedures on patients and research subjects. Actively participates in the development of new imaging methods and techniques. Coordinates functions internally and interdepartmentally to provide the appropriate level of service.
Minimum Education: Graduate from an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years' experience as a radiologic technologist with experience in an MRI environment preferred.
License, Registration or Certification Required: ARRT (MRI), CPR Skills: Formal or informal MRI training, preferably in a pediatric setting.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required: Proficient in MRI technology scanning, competent in performing pediatric imaging procedures; competency in MRI procedures.
