Position Summary:The Senior Administrative Assistant provides an advanced level of administrative support to various executives with complex organizational responsibilities, including heavy calendar management, scheduling travel and arranging meetings. The level of support requires a good understanding of the executives' organization, along with the business knowledge to communicate and work effectively with the executive's organization and clients.

Minimum Qualifications: 3+ year’s professional office experience. Advanced secretarial and administrative experience within healthcare required. Meeting and event planning support preferred.

Education/Licensure/Certifications:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Bachelor’s preferred.


You must be willing to reside in the state of California, and have a primary work site in the state of California, to be considered for this position.
