It’s Work That Matters.Purpose Statement/Position Summary: Implements procedures for the effective implementation of protocols conducted through the CRSO. Performs audits of day to day research activities to ensure studies are completing work on deadlines. Develops training program and assists in development/implementation of clinical research SOPs throughout CHLA. Attends meetings with study team and PIs to ensure team understanding and needs of protocol/PI. Supervises a team of clinical research staff.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 5+ years clinical research experience.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline. SOCRA or ACRP clinical research certification.
